Hi Tom, Priya,

Following up on the Level 3 transfer slab design. It was due two weeks ago and we still don't have the issued package. That slab is on the critical path for the pour, and the delay is now the main driver of this month's programme slip (44% actual against 47% planned).

Tom, can you let us have a recovery plan for the transfer slab design? We need the outstanding deliverables, a realistic reissue date, and a note on anything you're waiting on from our side or from Studio Arc to close it out.

Priya, the transfer slab sets the structural datum for the Level 3 facade support and fixing zones. Can you and Tom coordinate the facade interface in parallel so the structural reissue and the facade setting-out land together rather than one after the other? We can't afford a second loop once the slab design is back.

Given PTM #14 is in six days, I'd like to get a short call in before then to walk through the recovery plan and the interface coordination, so we go into the meeting with a clear path rather than an open item. Would Thursday or Friday this week work for a 30-minute call?

Can you both confirm availability, and Tom, can we get the recovery plan across by end of day Wednesday?
